CDA Kitchens produce high-end kitchen appliances for an aspirational market. They came to us asking for help with a new logo, but we advised them that a full brand update would help them make a better connection (the logo ended up staying the same).

The brief

A brand update that maintains the integrity of the original.

CDA are a well-respected and trusted appliance supplier, so we needed to make sure their branding was still recognisably ‘them’. However, it needed modernising so that it would better appeal to CDA’s target audience.

What we created

Engaging imagery and clean lines.

To modernise the brand, we introduced a stripped-down layout style with clean lines and plenty of negative space. By combining professional product photography from our studio with inviting cultural imagery, we formed a brand that is minimalistic but still exudes warmth.

The result

A new brand for a new era of CDA Kitchens.

The new brand is sleek and modern, reflecting the products themselves and appealing more to CDA’s affluent target audience. But it still retains the essence of CDA’s original branding, and is easily recognisable.
