Very exciting times at Rusty Monkey HQ, Nottingham. We're pleased to welcome Gareth to our ranks. His organisational skills are second to none, so he'll head up our account management. New Sony EX3 now available

We've done it. We've started investing in new kit to make music videos and other short films when we're not working in the multi-camera world. After much deliberation we've got a Sony EX3. It's becoming the standard camera for low-medium budget work because of Sony's Cine Alta technology. The result are superb. We've already booked in a couple of music promos using this camera, so we'll post the results once they're finished. We'll also be investing heavily in lots more video equipment in the coming moths: lighting kits, tracking dolly, editing facilities, so we'l be in a great position to help you get the most out of any video project you may have. Freedom Fire and Security - new website by Rusty Monkey

We've just finished building a brand new website for Lincoln-based secuity installers Freedom Fire and Security Maintenance. We met with Ian, the owner, to discuss what he wanted his site to offer and who it would be aimed at, and we got a very clear message that he wanted to use his site to attract more local business. We came up with a contemporary, industry-appropriate design and built the site to his specifications. We then performed extensive keyword analysis, optimised his site for search engines and added a Traffic Driver subscription to make sure that he was being advertised to local businesses as he wanted.
